Committee Reports and Issues

Ronald McDonald House – Jack Smith reported that the Ronald McDonald House has experienced a growth in the

amount of participants.   He believes it is due to the fact that they have a lot of folks returning now for visits and updates on the

medical procedures they received a year or possibly even two years ago.  They are bringing stories about how great their massage

experience was during their first visit and as a result the volunteers have a full list of people wanting massages.  Jack will talk to

anyone who is interested in volunteering.    The Ronald McDonald House is also involved in construction of a new facility in the

Children’s Hospital being built in the Bloomfield area.   He will provide more information on this later in the year.  The volunteers

are talking about having a chair massage Employee Appreciation Event during the week for the employees.
