Last years conference was in Pittsburgh,Pa at the Radisson Hotel greentree.
We had such a blast and got to meet some great athletes, and visit a cadaver lab at the local hospital, all while gaining such great insight into the body! Here are some pictures of the activities....So make sure you do not miss the 2012 conference in King of Prussia, Pa.
I am sure it will prove to be just as exciting!
This is Mike Walters, our sports award reciepient. He has worked at the Olympics and shared his experience and showed some of the memorabilia he brought back! Brenda Schuck Pa chapter president is giving him his award.
This is Lynn Leach (in the red sweater) talking with Sylvie Houde-Kemery, and Chris Sabatini. In the background are other members at the dinner and annual meeting. Judging from the smile on Kelly Givens District Representative and Past President Gina Washlaski in the picture below, a good time was had by all!

AMTA PA Chapter Meetings
Pennsylvania Chapter holds an Annual Meeting once a year. The Chapter
Board meetings are held
monthly via teleconferences, with one face to face meeting at the Annual State Conference. The Board will be holding “coffee chats” throughout the state
beginning in April.
The last meeting was Nov. 9, 2008, at Sheraton Four Points Hotel (Philadelphia area). Licensing questions and answers were discussed at length. There was a free brunch and updates on the activities of the chapter. The next meeting will be in Pittsburgh on April 19, 2009.
Chapter Board News
Your chapter board has been very busy this fall working on fine-tuning the
HB 2499 to final passage. We have also been working on our first AMTA PA
State Conference. We are inviting all of the surrounding states to this huge
event and we would love to see all of our members attend this education
event. We have a great committee who has been working hard to make this
a fun event. We have also been on the telephone with our teleconferences
co-coordinating answers to your questions about HB 2499 and how it will
affect all of us! Please keep checking back to the web site for updates, or
attend a chapter meeting and ask your questions in person! We are working
hard for all of you and would love to see more of you at the meetings and
education so that we can share wonderful ideas and continue to move our
profession forward!
