Ethics 8:30am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm
CPR 8:00am – 10:00am, or 10:00am-12:00pm, or
1:00pm-3:00pm, or 3:00pm-5:00pm
NOTE: Due to classroom limitations, only the first 40 registrants can take a CPR class.
Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10:
PNMT Legs and Feet / Increasing Cervical Mobility – both days,
or
Multi-Modality Approach for Treating the Lower Extremity – both days
Registration Price: $125 for members, $250 for non-members
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A CLOTH MASK THAT COVERS THE MOUTH AND NOSE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the class: Full refund. Due to the costs of rentals, supplies, and speaker fees, if cancellations are received within 2 weeks prior to the class, there will be no refund – between 30 days and two weeks, there will be a 50% refund. Cancellations must be either written or via email. The Board reserves the right to amend or waive this policy in documented emergency situations.
